PROJECT
As part of the sales floor and VMD development for the outdoor footwear brand KEEN, we planned and produced display fixtures and displays.
Through various initiatives—including the 20th-anniversary campaign for the “TARGHEE” trekking shoes, the design of department store sales corners, and VMD for the new “Trail Running” category—we have expressed the brand’s unique worldview.
For the “TARGHEE 20TH” campaign, we created a field-like atmosphere on the display tables, designed for off-site assembly and on-site installation. Incorporating the elevation changes and diagonal lines symbolic of trekking shoes, we developed a flexible configuration capable of adapting to seasonal display changes.
At the shoe department of Keio Department Store Shinjuku, we designed multi-tiered, stair-step fixtures to display a large number of shoes within a limited space. We used L-angle steel and softwood plywood as materials, reflecting the brand’s commitment to sustainability.
Furthermore, for the trail running category’s VMD, we proposed a minimalist display utilizing existing tables. By using materials such as softwood plywood, Reboard, and moss, we created a sales floor atmosphere that evokes the “feel of the trail.”
